Me transforming into a healthy beast.
First I discussed with my dad to create a healthy routine to do everyday.Then I asked him if we could eat more healthy. Next, me and him agreed everyday I would have to do 10 pushups, 10 sit ups, 5 lunges per leg then lasly a 30 second wallsit.
Also do it three times a day.this is how I was before.
Now ive been doing this for 3 months and I have completly transformed.
This has caused me to be able to do 20 push ups on the spot.
And now to this day and I look back thinking about that day and I thank my dad for pushing me to work out.
